FR-SIM LLC is a family owned and operated company with many years of fire service and business management experience. The company is run by Philip and Gail Duczyminski and is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services that are environmentally sustainable and improve the safety of the first responder community.
Philip Duczyminski is a 26-year veteran of the fire service, a captain, and the head of the Training Division. He has served with the Western Wayne County Haz-Mat Team, MI-TF1, and has more than 10 years of experience with simulation training. A graduate of the School of Fire Staff and Command at Eastern Michigan University, Duczyminski is a certified Michigan fire instructor and an EMS instructor coordinator. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration and holds a Master of Business Administration/Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science. In addition, he holds black belt rank in multiple martial arts with the highest rank being an 8th degree black belt.
Gail Duczyminski has many years of business management experience and is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer care. She has served in a leadership capacity in several organizations and holds a degree in Business Administration. She currently holds a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Gail has spent the last several years raising their five children and is now dedicated to continuing her leadership role within a new organization.
